The photo has some damage on the left hand side of it as there is a bit of a fold there (see pictures). The photo had almost come completely loos from the pennant, and the original backing paper was crumbly. I removed the crumbly bits, I glued it to new paper, and hot glued it to the back of the pennant again.
The fabric of the pennant does have spots of staining from its age.
